VILLIERSDORP, SOUTH AFRICA – FEBRUARY 8: An overview of a dry area in Theewaterkloof dam on February 8, 2018 in Villiersdorp about 100 kilometers outside Cape Town, South Africa. The dam is the biggest around Cape Town and it has a capacity of 480 million meters, providing most of the water for the 4 million inhabitants of Cape Town. The city of Cape Town is experiencing a water shortage and water restrictions are in place. The big users of water are not the poor in the townships but the wealthy people in the suburbs who have pools and gardens. (Photo by Per-Anders Pettersson)
