SOWETO, SOUTH AFRICA - MAY 15: Event agency owner Palesa Gcaba (c) chats with her mother and and a neighbor outside the house where she grew up in on May 15, 2010, in Soweto, South Africa. Palesa is part of the new young generation of black South African's who has obtained a better education and opportunities than their parents. She organizes big events for government departments and private business. Because of being  black and a women, she can tender for government contracts much easier than being a white person. She lives in a posh Johannesburg suburb and drives a late model BMW. Soweto is the largest township in South Africa, located about 10 kilometers southwest of downtown Johannesburg.
