Isaac Johnson is visited by a nurse at the South Coast Hospice in his home on July 2, 2001 in Murchison, a rural area in Natal, South Africa. Isaac is suffering from an Aids related disease and is mostly staying in bed.His body is swollen and he can't see anymore. A hospice called South Coast Hsopice visits patients in their homes and give them counseling and emotional support.
