DJIBOUTI, DJIBOUTI - AUGUST 4: Forty thousand tons of wheat bound to Ethiopia is off loaded from a cargo ship to the WFP, World Food Program storage facility in the Djibouti port on August 4, 2011 out Djibouti, Djibouti. A severe drought has added to the misery and hardship in the Horn Of Africa. Many refugees has fled Somali and arrived in Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti. A Russian Vessel hired by WFP arrived with 40,000 tons of wheat. The wheat is pumped out and put into bags that weigh fifty kilograms each.  (Photo by Per-Anders Pettersson)
