CHENGDU, CHINA OCTOBER 9: A student stands in front of a copy of an Egyptian pyramid at Chengdu World Paradise Theme Park on October 9, 2008 in Chengdu, China. The park closed in 2004 due to lack of funds and visitors. Some of the attractions are still there such as a Statue Of Liberty and Rialto bridge from Venice, Italy. Now its serves as a College and many students and teachers live there. Chinese people love theme parks and new ones are opening constantly. It's estimated that there's about 2400 theme parks in the country. Because of the tougher competition, some parks close down. (Photo by Per-Anders Pettersson) ..
