GOMA, DRC OCTOBER 2: A truck overloaded with people and goods drives past a village on October 2, 2006 outside Goma, DRC. Congo has hardly any infrastructure or public transport. Many cars and trucks are filled to capacity with people and goods. This eastern Congolese city has seen a big influx of refugees from neighboring Rwanda after the Genocide in 1994, and a recent volcanic eruption from the Nyiragongo volcano in 2002, which destroyed parts of the city and made many people homeless. .(Photo by Per-Anders Pettersson/Getty Images)..
