An unidentified 35-year-old woman receiving pain killers from a nurse on July 5, 2001 at Old Santa Hospital in Umtata, one of poorest areas in Eastern Cape, South Africa. She's suffering from a Aids related disease. An  organisation called Temba Community Development Services visits patients in their homes and give them counseling and emotional support.
