DJIBOUTI, DJIBOUTI - AUGUST 5: Wheat is pumped in at the WFP, World Food Program storage facility in the Djibouti port on August 4, 2011 in Djibouti, Djibouti. A severe drought has added to the misery and hardship in the Horn Of Africa. Many refugees has fled Somali and arrived in Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti. A Russian Vessel hired by WFP arrived with 40,000 tons of wheat. The wheat is pumped out and put into bags that weigh fifty kilograms each. (Photo by Per-Anders Pettersson)
