An unidentified woman sweeps outside her shack, as the sun sets on October 16, 2003 in Site B section of Khayelitsha, the biggest township outside Cape Town, South Africa. It's estimated that over one million people live here, most of them under appalling conditions in shacks with no running water or electricity. The township was founded in 1984.
