MURCHISON, SOUTH AFRICA - FEBRUARY 26: An unidentified grandmother carries her daughter's child outside their home on February 26, 2002 in Murchison, a rural area in Natal, South Africa. The mother died recently from an Aids related disease, and the grandmother is taking care of the child. A hospice called South Coast Hospice visits patients in their homes in the area and gives them counseling and emotional support. South Africa has the highest infection rate in the world with about 4.5 million people infected by HIV-Aids and is fighting hard to educate the population on safe sex practices and the importance of abstinence for young people..Photo: Per-Anders Pettersson/ iAfrika Photos.
