Bongekile Ntuli, age 11, carries a bucket of water on her head together with her two younger siblings on January 31, 2002 in their small house in Port Shepstone, in Natal Province, South Africa. Bongekile is a victim of sexual abuse and has been repeatedly abused by her father and his brothers for years. Bongekile's mother died of an Aids related disease in 2001 and now she lives with her aunt and grandmother. South Africa is struggling with one of the highest rates of rape of in the world.
