GOMA, DRC OCTOBER 4: Nonmume Alitteee, age 18, a victim of a horrible gang rape by five men, stands outside her room as she is staying at a center called Ndosho on October 4, 2006 in central Goma, DRC. The center is run by Heal Africa, an NGO. She was attacked when she was walking to a market in her village. Her parents are now homeless and the men killed her grand parents to scare her to silence. Due to the recent civil war, Congo has the worst humanitarian crisis since World War 2. About four million people have died of treatable diseases.
