RUTSHURU, DRC OCTOBER 5: A government soldier lies wounded in his left hand at a clinic run by MSF, Doctors Without Borders on October 5, 2006 in Rutshuru, DRC. He had been fighting with fellow soldiers and his hand had to be amputated later at a MSF run hospital. MSF is one of the few organizations that work in difficult areas in DRC. Due to the recent civil war, Congo has the worst humanitarian crisis since World War 2. About four million people have died of treatable diseases.
