DIDANCE00166.Dance, Eight-year-old Wongi Zoe (c) warms up before a yearly ballet performance on November 25, 2000 in Guguletu, a big township about 10 miles outside Cape Town, South Africa. About 200 children dance ballet in a school called 'Dance For All', which teaches unprivileged children dance after school. Many children are talented and the discipline taught during the dance classes has helped many to improve their concentration in school. The township is struggling with high unemployment, crime and high levels of HIV/Aids and there aren't many opportunities for these children. Tutu, ballet shoe..©Per-Anders Pettersson/iAfrika Photos
