MATHAHALIBAH, KENYA - JULY 4: An unidentified child gets treatment while visiting a Save the Children outreach site in the location on July 4, 2011 in Mathahalibah, Kenya. The team examined about thirty children, among them several severely malnourished. Women come with their children once a week to the outreach site to receive food and medicine. Two successive poor rains, entrenched poverty and lack of investment in affected areas have pushed millions of people into a fight for survival in the Horn of Africa.
