Unidentified men play pool and drink beer in a bar on October 3, 2003 in Khayelitsha, the biggest black township outside Cape Town, South Africa. These bars, also known as shebeens, can be found in every block in the townships. They are often are part of a residential house. It's estimated that over one million people live here, most of them under appalling conditions in shacks with no running water or electricity. The township was founded in 1984 .....
