Busisiwe Mfeka, age 28, is dying of Aids and she is resting in the family house with her mother on August 17, 2000 Izingolweni, a rural village in Southern Natal in South Africa. South Africa has one of the highest infection rates of HIV/Aids in the world. It?s estimated that about one thousand people are infected every day and that about 5.5 million people lives with the virus.
