MOKHOTLONG, LESOTHO SEPTEMBER 25: Nthabeleng Lephoto, age 36, a head mother at Tiny Little Lives, feeds a baby in a sleeping room on September 25, 2007 in Mokhotlong, Lesotho. Nthabeleng helps children that has been left sick or at risk by the Aids crisis in the country. The safe house and outreach program has saved many lives, and provided vulnerable babies with nutrition, medical care and love. About 100,000 children are orphaned by the disease. Lesotho is a small landlocked country entirely surrounded by South Africa, where many of the citizens travel to South Africa for work. .(Photo by Per-Anders Pettersson/Reportage by Getty Images).
